The Government approved, on Thursday, the addition of 548,000 lei to the amount earmarked for compensation for the expropriation of private properties for the construction of the "Brasov-Targu Mures-Cluj-Oradea Motorway".
According to a Government's press release, the Decision on the supplement of the amount provided for as fair compensation, approved by Government Decision 1318/2021, regarding "the initiation of expropriation procedures for all privately owned real estate located on the additional site, necessary for the relocation of utilities, which are part of the expropriation corridor of the public utility work of national interest "Section 3B Mihaiesti - Suplacu de Barcau" within the investment objective of national interest "Brasov-Targu Mures-Cluj-Oradea Motorway", was approved in this regard, as well as the amendment and completion of Annex No. 2 to Government Decision No. 1318/2021".
Through the normative act, the Government approves a series of measures to update the situation of the buildings that were affected by the implementation of the public utility work of national interest "Section 3B Mihaiesti - Suplacu de Barcau" within the investment objective "Brasov - Targu Mures - Cluj - Oradea Motorway".
Thus, the amount provided for as fair compensation approved by Government Decision no. 1318/2021 is approved to be supplemented by the total amount of 548,000 lei, the cited source reads.
"The Brasov-Targu Mures-Cluj-Oradea Motorway, correlated with the Bucharest-Brasov Motorway, will ensure a direct connection between Romania, central and western Europe, having a major role in traffic in Transylvania and Wallachia, through the network of national roads rehabilitated or under the rehabilitation program, and facilitating the connection with the port of Constanta and the northern areas, as well as access to the major urban centers in the area of ??influence of the motorway", the Government informs.
