The High Court of Cassation and Justice (CCJ) on Thursday decided that DNA must complete the investigation into the death of policeman Bogdan Gigina, in the case where former Minister of Interior Gabriel Oprea is facing criminal proceedings for committing manslaughter, by May 1.
