Individuals will submit this year only one form for the revenues achieved and as of 31 March 2019 this will only be possible online, according to a document of the Public Finance Ministry (MFP).
As regards the payments that a person must make following the revenues' estimate, people can pay as many times and the payments can amount to whatever the person wants until 31 March of the year following the revenues.
For the year in course, the unique form will be submitted on paper until 15 May. Thereafter, it will be possible to also submit the form online.
"For 2018, the possibility to introduce a bonus system for taxpayers who pay in advance the owed tax obligations.Moreover, a 5 percent bonus will be granted if tax obligations are fully paid by 30 September," reads the document.
If the declaration is submitted on paper and tax obligations are fully paid by 15 July, the bonus is 5 percent and 2 percent if they are paid by 30 September, MFP mentions.
According to the quoted source, the quality of being assured in the social security system is not conditioned by the payment of certain dead-line payments.
In 2018, until the date of the unique declaration submission, namely 15 July 2018, it is regulated that individuals who obtain revenues from independent activities maintain the quality of assured person, so as to further benefit of medical services, medicine and medical devices.
