President Klaus Iohannis sent many wishes to France and the French people on the National Day of the French Republic, saying that the strategic partnership between the two countries is "stronger than ever".
"Happy July 14 to France and to the French people! The strategic partnership between Romania and France is stronger than ever, and our cooperation continues its upward and dynamic trend! Let us stand together for the peace, security and prosperity of Europe! Happy July 14!", Iohannis wrote on Sunday in a social media post.
