Justice Minister Tudorel Toader announced on Monday that he had sent to President Klaus Iohannis the nomination of Felix Banila as chief prosecutor of the Directorate for Investigating Organised Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT).
"Today, I have sent to the President of Romania a proposal to appoint Mr Oliver - Felix Banila as chief prosecutor of DIICOT!" Toader said in a Facebook post.
