The government approved, on Tuesday, a memorandum in which it expresses its agreement in principle regarding the contracting of reimbursable financial assistance from the European Investment Bank, in the total amount of 229 million euros, with the destination of investments in the healthcare sector, informs a press release sent by the Government.
The total value of the loans will be 229 million euros, being intended for investments in the health sector in the portfolio of the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration (MDLPA). The first loan will have a value of up to 87 million euros, and the second loan could have a value of up to 142 million euros.
"Most of the projects are being implemented and are expected to be completed by 2026. The implementation will be ensured by MDLPA, through the National Investment Company (CNI). The total cost of these investments is approximately 292 million euros, from that the value of the financial assistance from the EIB will be 229 million euros," the press release also mentions.AGERPRES
