Ciprian Ciucu, the National Liberal Party candidate, obtained 29.10% of the votes in the local by-elections held on Sunday for the position of general mayor of Bucharest, according to the data published in real time on the website of the Permanent Electoral Authority after the centralisation of 133 minutes out of a total of 1,289, meaning 10.32%.

The following positions are occupied by:

Anca Alexandrescu (the 'Justice for Bucharest' electoral alliance) - 27.22%
Daniel Baluta (the Social Democratic Party) - 22.37%
Catalin Drula (Save Romania Union) - 13.43%
Ana Maria Ciceala (SENS) - 5.86%
Gheorghe Netoiu (independent) - 0.29%
Eugen Orlando Teodorovici (independent) - 0.27%
George Valentin Burcea (the Young People's Party) - 0.27%
Oana Cretu (the United Social Democratic Party) - 0.23%
Danut-Angelo Trifu (independent) - 0.18%
Vlad Gheorghe (independent) - 0.16%
Angela Negrota (independent) - 0.14%
Constantin-Titian Filip (independent) - 0.14%
