The National Real Estate Fair (TNI) opened Friday at the Palace of Parliament in Bucharest, showcasing over 100,000 property listings with prices starting from 45,000 euros, along with investment opportunities in Bulgaria, Greece and the United Arab Emirates, Agerpres reports.
According to the organizers, the event is held from 26 to 28 September 2025.
The autumn edition of the National Real Estate Fair includes offers ranging from low-cost properties, boutique apartments and premium real estate to modern houses (modular, timber-frame), penthouses and investment opportunities both in Romania and abroad, the quoted source said.
Exhibitors have prepared exclusive offers available only during the fair, with total discounts exceeding 2 million euros. Furthermore, visitors can also find resale apartments starting from 45,000 euros and new homes from 67,000 euros.
International investment properties start at 75,000 euros (Bulgaria), 85,000 euros (Greece) and 130,000 euros (United Arab Emirates).
In addition, through its Zeb Expo component, the fair also features energy efficiency and sustainability solutions: modern wooden houses, advanced thermal insulation systems, smart ventilation with heat recovery, solar panels, smart home concepts and more - which turn each home into a healthy, cost-efficient and sustainable living space.
