Residents of Iasi are invited to take part in scientific demonstrations and discussions with specialists, organised in the Palas Garden on the occasion of the European Researchers' Night.
The event is hosted by teams of academics and researchers from the Interdisciplinary Research Institute (ICI) and the Faculty of Physics, in collaboration with the Faculty of Biology, the Faculty of Chemistry, and the Faculty of Geography and Geology.
"In the Palas Garden, the weekend kicks off with the UAIC ['Alexandru Ioan Cuza' University] Researchers' Night, an annual event aimed at bringing science closer to the community and showcasing research results in an accessible format for the general public. On Friday, from 17:00, in the skating rink area, the scientific community of 'Alexandru Ioan Cuza' University of Iasi invites all science enthusiasts, young explorers, and curious minds to a new edition of the Researchers' Night. You'll discover fascinating facts through unique experiments and with the help of research teams ready to introduce you to their fields," the organisers said in a press release.
