Romania's Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu sent a message in the aftermath of a shooting incident involving US President Donald Trump, showing that, regardless of political or ideological differences, resorting to violence is never justified or acceptable.
" I send my thoughts of a speedy recovery to President Trump and all the victims of this horrific attack! Regardless of political or ideological differences, resorting to violence is never justified or acceptable," Ciolacu wrote on Sunday on a social media post.
Former U.S. President Donald Trump was wounded in the ear on Saturday in an assassination attempt by shooting during an election rally in Pennsylvania. The alleged shooter and a bystander were killed, and two other people were seriously injured.
