PM Dancila: Local investment fund to be included in 2019 draft budget

Prime Minister Viorica Dancila declared that the National Executive Committee (CExN) sitting of the Social Democratic Party (PSD) also discussed about the establishment of a local investment fund to be included in the draft budget for 2019 according to Agerpres

"This investment fund will be in the budget for 2019. It is about the 10 S [ten public services, ed.n.] for every locality, each locality being entitled to have two projects related to water supply, sewage system, school, beside all these things, beside the PNDL [the National Local Development Programme - ed. n], we want to set up this local investment fund, this is its name, which we can double with a financial forecast, because even if we want to do more things if we do not have a financial forecast, we will not be able to achieve this."

This is what the prime minister answered when asked whether the setting up of an investment fund of 10 billion euro, under the umbrella of the gov't, was also discussed within the PSD's CExN.
