PM Dancila says new pension law is discussed in Gov't sitting so pensioners' incomes increase, inequities be removed

"Today, in the Government sitting, we are discussing the new pension law, an important bill for millions of Romanians, under which we want to increase the pensioners' incomes and remove inequities in the public pension system. Thus, we ensure equal pensions for equal work and correct the current inequities, when two persons, who had the same job and the same seniority benefit of different pensions," PM Dancila stated in the beginning of the Government sitting. 

According to the Executive head, the new pension law will be enforced by stages, as of 2019 until 2021, when it fully comes into force.
