President Klaus Iohannis sent on Friday to the Constitutional Court of Romania (CCR) a notification of unconstitutionality regarding the Law amending and supplementing the Law No.192/2006 regarding the mediation and the organisation of the mediator profession.
The normative act was sent to Parliament for promulgation on 3 July 2018.
