President Iohannis: Cooperation and Verification Mechanism for Romania has concluded, it is a great success
President Klaus Iohannis said on Friday that the Cooperation and Verification Mechanism (CVM) for Romania has concluded, being a great success for the country.
"It's official, it's registered: The Cooperation and Verification Mechanism for Romania has concluded. This is the European Commission's communication today. In my opinion, it is a great success for Romania. It took a long time, a lot of hard work and in the end we succeeded," said the head of state, before attending the meeting "Justice 2023: priorities of the justice system and the Rule of Law Report - national and European context," organised by the Ministry of Justice.
