President Klaus Iohannis has firmly condemned, on Sunday, the terrorist attacks in London and has conveyed his profound compassion for the victims.
"I firmly condemn the terrorist attacks that took place in London. Profound compassion with those affected by the tragic incidents in the United Kingdom," the head of state wrote on Twitter.
Six persons died and 48 were injured following two attacks Saturday evening in the center of the capital of the United Kingdom, said, on Sunday, the Ambulance Service of London, as quoted by international media.
The attackers used a van to hit people on London Bridge, then drove to Borough Market, where they got out of their vehicles and stabbed passersby at random, until being fatally wounded by police officers.
