President Iohannis: Romania has major failures in terms of European funds

President Klaus Iohannis said on Thursday that Romania has recorded "major failures" in terms of European funds. 

"We have major failures in terms of European funds (...) I want Romania to draw European funds, because they are necessary for our development," Iohannis said in Sofia, Bulgaria.
