Romania will not challenge Austria's veto with the European Court of Justice, in the case regarding Romania's accession to Schengen, President Klaus Iohannis stated on Wednesday.
"Romania will not challenge this mater with the European Court of Justice," the head of state said in Brussels, prior to attending the European Union (EU) - the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit.
On Thursday, President Klaus Iohannis will participate in the meeting of the European Council where he shall rise the matter of Romania's accession to the Schengen area.
