AGERPRES special correspondent Oana Ghita reports: President Nicusor Dan, on a working visit to France, met on Tuesday with Mayor of Paris Anne Hidalgo.
The delegation accompanying the head of state to the meeting with Hidalgo includes Mayor of Timisoara Dominic Fritz, Save Romania Union (USR) chairman.
Earlier in the day, the head of state held a discussion with representatives of French economic companies, organised by the Movement of French Enterprises (Medef).
After the meeting at Paris City Hall, Nicusor Dan will attend the inauguration of the 'Nicolae Titulescu' alley in Monceau Park, after which he will be welcomed by President Emmanuel Macron at the Élysée Palace.
President Nicusor Dan is on a two-day working visit to France, which began on Monday. On the first evening he met at Romania's Embassy in Paris with Romanian citizens living in France.
The delegation of the head of state includes Minister of Foreign Affairs Oana Toiu, Minister of the Economy and interim Minister of Defence Radu Miruta, as well as Minister of Finance Alexandru Nazare, along with presidential advisers Marius Lazurca, Valentin Naumescu and Radu Burnete.
