President Nicusor Dan will pay an official visit to Prague on Wednesday at the invitation of his Czech counterpart, the Presidential Administration reports.
According to the source, the head of state will have meetings with President Petr Pavel, Prime Minister Andrej Babis and the presidents of the two chambers of the Czech Parliament, as well as a meeting with members of the Romanian community, agerpres reports.
The discussions will focus on Romanian-Czech cooperation at bilateral, European and allied level, with an emphasis on ensuring Europe's security in the face of threats arising from Russia's aggression against Ukraine.
European agenda issues will also be discussed, along with the development of economic ties and investment, including in the defence industry.
