The Central Electoral Bureau (BEC) on Monday sent to the Constitutional Court the centralizing minutes on the results of the partial recount of the votes cast in the first round of the presidential elections, inform agerpres.ro.
According to the report, the votes from 161 polling stations abroad out of the 950 organized in the diaspora, as well as from all polling stations in the country, except for 4 polling stations in Dolj, have been counted.
According to the partial recount, Marcel Ciolacu, the Social Democratic Party (PSD) presidential candidate, would be in second place, after Calin Georgescu.
