The Social Democratic Party (PSD) and the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats (ALDE) on Monday have signed a governing protocol at the Parliament Palace. The document was inked by the PSD national leader, Liviu Dragnea and the co-chairs of ALDE, Calin Popescu-Tariceanu and Daniel Constantin.
