Viorel Mocanu was appointed as Government Agent for the European Court of Human Rights within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with the rank of Director-General, by a decision of Prime Minister Viorica Dancila published on Tuesday in the Official Gazette.

By another decision of the Prime Minister, Catrinel Brumar was released from office as the Government Agent for the European Court of Human Rights, with the rank of Director-General.

Also on Tuesday, Viorica Dancila decided to withdraw the title of honorary advisor of the prime minister in the field of relations with Parliament, granted to Marian Neacsu.
