Prime Minister Viorica Dancila decided to sanction the Secretary General of the National Council for Combating Discrimination (CNCD), Adrian Bunoiaca, by diminishing his wage by 5 percent for one month for absence without leave during the period of August 2 and August 18 2017.
The Prime Minister's decision, published Wednesday in Monitorul Oficial (the Oficial Gazette), is based on the administrative research report of the disciplinary committee for high-ranking officials no. 955/17 April 2018, drawn up on the basis of a referral formulated by the CNCD chairman, Csaba Ferenc Asztalos.
The decision can be contested within 30 days since its entry into force with the competent administrative Court.
