The indices of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) showed mixed performance at the start of Thursday's trading session, with a turnover of 3.46 million lei (695,771 euros) after the first 30 minutes of trading.
The main index, BET, which tracks the performance of the 20 most liquid companies, recorded a decrease of 0.02%, while the BET-Plus index, which tracks the performance of the 43 most liquid stocks on the BVB, showed an increase of 0.02%.
At the same time, the extended blue-chip index BET-XT, which tracks the 25 most liquid stocks, gained 0.01%, while the investment funds' benchmark, BET-BK, depreciated 0.08%.
The BET-FI index, which tracks the SIFs, recorded an increase of 0.29%, while the BET-NG index, tracking the 10 companies in the energy and utilities sector, saw a decline of 0.01%.
The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies from the AeRO market, was down 0.43%.
According to BVB data, the biggest gains in stock prices were recorded by Aerostar (+3.25%), Socep (+2.42%), and the Bucharest Stock Exchange (+1.5%).
On the other hand, the most significant declines were seen in the stocks of Romcab (-12.39%), Condmag (-11.76%), and Sinteza (-5.26%).
