Romania's Camelia Ioana Roxana Ciripan and Bobi Simion have been confirmed by the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) and will represent Romania at the Paralympic Games in Paris, which will take place between August 29- September 7, the Romanian Table Tennis Federation announced on its Facebook acount on Friday.
Camelia Ioana Roxana Ciripan is trained by Ioana Raducanu and Alex Gheorghe, and Bobi Simion by coach Dan Nasui.
Bobi Simion also participated in the Tokyo Paralympic Games in 2021.
Romania secured a place in cycling at the Paralympic Games in Paris, and Alexandru Bologa also qualified for the judo competition.
Romania won two medals at the Paralympic Games in Japan, silver through Eduard Novak in cycling and bronze through Alexandru Bologa in judo.
