The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) started Tuesday's session in decline, and BET, which shows the evolution of the 20 most liquid companies, registered a 0.16% depreciation, after the first half hour after the start of transactions, told Agerpres.
The BET-Plus index, which shows the evolution of the 37 most liquid stocks from BVB, fell by 0.23%, while the BET-FI index of SIFs was up by 0.31%. BET-NG, the index of 10 companies in the energy and utilities sector, registered a depreciation of 0.09%.
At the same time, the extended blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid securities, recorded a decline of 0.11%, and the yield benchmark of investment funds, BET-BK, lost 0.10% of its value.
The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, was up by 0.36%, 30 minutes after the opening of transactions.
The total value of the exchanges amounted to 4.69 million RON (952,657 euros).
According to BVB, the biggest increases were recorded by SIF Oltenia (+4.71%), Farmaceutica Remedia (2.33%) and Rompetrol Well Services (+1.36%).
On the other hand, the most significant decreases were recorded by the shares of Promateris (-8.13%), Chimcomplex SA Borzesti (-6.42%) and Erste Group Bank AG (-2.79%).
