Three cities have a 14-day COVID-19 infection rate of over 9 per thousand inhabitants, namely Radauti (Suceava) - 9.92, Salcea (Suceava) - 9.55 and Predeal (Brasov) - 9.18, the Strategic Communication Group (GCS) informed on Friday, Agerpres reports.
A 14-day COVID-19 infection rate of more than 3 per thousand inhabitants is recorded in 61 cities.
High incidences are also recorded in Cluj-Napoca (Cluj) - 8.34, Vatra Dornei (Suceava) - 7.12, Ghimbav (Brasov) - 6.5, Vicovu de Sus (Suceava) - 6.34, Gataia (Timisoara) - 6.32, Sinaia (Prahova) - 6.31, Otopeni (Ilfov) - 6.29.
At the level of communes, the highest incidence per thousand inhabitants is registered in Ciurila, Cluj county - 22.48 (40 cases in a population of 1,779 people).
The most new cases of infection with SARS-CoV-2 since the last reporting are in Bucharest - 1,598 and the counties of Cluj - 753, Timis - 621, Suceava - 565, Brasov - 436, Bihor and Constanta - 371, the Strategic Communication Group (GCS) informed on Friday.
The Capital City remains in the red scenario regarding infection rate with SARS-CoV-2, with an incidence of 4.10 cases per thousand inhabitants, going up from the previous day, when it was 3.63.
Another three counties have entered the red scenario: Bihor - 3.46 cases per thousand inhabitants, Satu Mare - 3.09, Constanta - 3.02, along with those from the previous period: Cluj - 5.73, Suceava - 4.38, Timis - 3.90, Brasov - 3.79 and Ilfov - 3.78.
