The Delta Emergency Situations Inspectorate (ISU Delta) received four calls during the night from Sunday to Monday from various people who reported loud noises characteristic of bombardments after Russia launched new attacks on Ukrainian port infrastructure.

Residents of localities in the north of Tulcea County received a RO-ALERT message at 2.30 am after the Air Force General Staff notified that several targets were approaching the Romanian border.

"The message informed the population that objects might fall from the airspace and advised them to take safety and sheltering measures. The air raid alert ended at 3.00 am," according to the ISU Delta announcement.

According to the source, following the Russian attacks the ISU Delta dispatch centre received four calls to the 112 emergency number requesting further information.

"The officer on duty informed the callers that they had no reason for concern, the targets of the Russian Federation's attacks were located on Ukrainian territory but urged them to remain cautious, take protection and sheltering measures if necessary and report immediately if they noticed or identified objects falling from the airspace," ISU Delta added.
