More than 10,100 unemployed people were registered at the end of June in the records of the Municipal Agency for Employment (AMOFM) Bucharest, the unemployment rate being 0.80%, according to a press release issued by the institution.
Of the total of 10,120 people registered in the records of AMOFM Bucharest, 1,721 were recipients of unemployment benefits and 8,399 were unemployed without benefits.
Unemployed persons with secondary education have the highest share in the total number of unemployed persons registered in AMOFM Bucharest (35.62%), followed by those with higher education (26.84%), and 18.39% have graduated from vocational school.
Those with secondary education represent 16.06% of the total number of registered unemployed, those with post-secondary education 2.22%, and those with primary education and no education 0.87%.
The structure of registered unemployed persons by level of employability, established by profiling, is as follows: 1,728 persons are very hard to employ, 3,085 are hard to employ, 2,928 averagely employable and 2,379 are easily employable.
