Romania's women handball team defeated Paraguay's team on Saturday, in Tier, with the score of 29-17 (16-7), in the first event of Group A of the World Women's Handball Championship in Germany.
The scoreboard showed a difference of maximum 13 goals, 25-12.
Romania's women team will play the next game on Sunday, in Tier against Slovenia (15:00 hrs).
