Adrian Oros announced on Tuesday morning that he will resign as Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, stating that "for Prime Minister Florin Citu, agriculture and the food industry have never been priorities."
The Minister of Agriculture also stressed that there is not enough determination to "eradicate the activity of middlemen, subsidiary hunters and the black market," which affects fair farmers. "Thus, any subsidy, any form of support becomes ineffective," he said.
Last but not least, Oros thanked all those with whom he cooperated, both in the drawing up of the Transition Program, in the future National Strategic Program, but also in the current activity.
Adrian Oros was the only minister in the current executive who participated, as a supporter, in the launch of Ludovic Orban's candidacy for the leadership of the National Liberal Party
