Farmers, traders, processors, financiers, technology providers and government representatives will take part in the Agri Trade Summit 2026, scheduled for February 26 at the Romexpo Exhibition Center in Bucharest, the organizers announced.

"Romania is consolidating its position as a relevant regional actor and agribusiness 'Power House' in the Black Sea region, with an active role in food security and European agricultural trade. Market interest is already confirmed - over 500 tickets have been sold more than a month before the event, reflecting the acute need for information, analysis and decision-making in a complex agricultural year. Designed as a decision-making platform, Agri Trade Summit 2026 brings together farmers, traders, processors, financiers, technology providers and authorities in a single day, combining strategic analysis sessions with an extended exhibition area," the release states.

The 2026 edition will feature guests including European Parliament Vice President Victor Negrescu, AFIR Director General Adrian Chesnoiu, Romanian Farmers Club Executive Director Florian Ciolacu, and Mircea Baluta - Executive Director of the National Union of Cooperatives in the Vegetable Sector.

The exhibition component reflects the real structure of the market and the interest of companies relevant to Romania and the region. Confirmed exhibitors include some of the country's largest farmers' associations, along with partners from the food and drink sector.

Agri Trade Summit is organized by AGRIColumn, a consulting and market analysis company.
