Alliance of Liberals and Democrats (ALDE) Chairman Calin Popescu-Tariceanu informed on Friday that Energy Minister Toma Petcu announced his withdrawal from the Government for health reasons, and will be replaced by Deputy Anton Anton.
"Toma Petcu announced he is withdrawing for health reasons. (...) He wants to strengthen his health," Tariceanu said after the ALDE leadership meeting.
He pointed out that ALDE proposes former Education and Research Minister Anton Anton to replace Petcu.
