The Bucharest Stock Exchange closed Tuesday's session higher and the value of transactions was 65.93 million lei (12.97 million euros).
The most liquid shares were those of Banca Transilvania, with transactions of 10.53 million lei, followed by Romgaz shares, with 7.44 million lei, and those of Hidroelectrica, with 6.36 million lei.
The main index of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BET, which includes the 20 most traded companies listed on the Regulated Market, appreciated by 0.25%, up to the value of 21,337.07 points, and BET-Plus, which shows the evolution of the 43 most liquid shares on the Exchange, closed up by 0.25%.
The extended blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid stocks, recorded an advance of 0.34%, while the SIF index, BET-FI, appreciated by 0.90%.
Also, the BET-BK index, the benchmark for investment fund performance, closed up by 0.39%, and BET-NG, which measures the performance of ten energy and utility companies, increased by 0.30%.
The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, recorded a decline of 0.88%.
The best developments were recorded by Altur shares (+8.82%), Bittnet Systems SA Bucharest (+6.78%) and Lion Capital (+4.01%).
On the other hand, the most significant decreases were recorded by the shares of STK Emergent (-5.51%), Romcab (-3.59%) and Purcari Wineries Public Company (-2.11%).
