Bucharest Stock Exchange closes Monday's session in the green

The Bucharest Stock Exchange closed Monday's session with increases on most indices and the value of transactions amounted to 40 million RON (8 million euros), told Agerpres.

The main index of the Stock Exchange, BET, which includes the 20 most traded companies listed on the Regulated Market, registered an appreciation of 1.01%, up to 17,998.59 points, and BET-Plus, which shows the evolution of the most liquid 43 shares from the Stock Exchange, closed with an advance similar to the main index.

The extended blue-chip BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid stocks rose 0.99%, while the index of SIFs, BET-FI, closed down 0.29%.

The BET-BK index, the yield benchmark of investment funds, appreciated by 0.85%, and the BET-NG, which measures the evolution of the ten energy and utility companies, closed up by 1.24%.

The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, recorded a depreciation of 0.39%.

The most liquid securities were those of Banca Trasilvania, with transactions of 5.9 million RON, followed by the shares of OMV Petrom - 5.88 million RON and Fondul Proprietatea - 4.5 million RON.

The best developments were recorded by Zentiva (+7.84%), Energopetrol (+6.4%) and COMCM (+6.11%).

On the other hand, the most important decreases were recorded by Armatura (-13.24%), Electromagnetica (-4.98%) and One United Properties (-4.15%).
