The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) closed Wednesday's session with increases on most indices, and 20.54 million RON (4.16 million euros) worth of transactions.
The main BET index, which tracks the most liquid 20 companies, inched up by 0.04%, to 11,563.50 points, and BET-Plus, which shows the evolution of the top liquid 37 shares, recorded an increase of 0.06%.
At the same time, the extended blue-chip index BET-XT of the top-liquid 25 issuers, ended with a slight advance of 0.06%, while the BET-FI index of the five financial investment companies, "lost" 0.06 % of its value.
The BET-BK index, the yield benchmark of investment funds, ended the session down by 0.01%, and the BET-NG, which measures the performance of the ten energy and utility companies, recorded an appreciation of 0.2%.
The BET AeRO index of the 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, went up by 0.29%.
The most traded stocks on the Regulated Market were BRD - Groupe Societe Generale, with 5.67 million RON, followed by Banca Transilvania securities, which generated exchanges worth 4.73 million RON, and those of Fondul Proprietatea - 1.71 million RON.
According to BVB, the best performing issuers were Comelf (+9.93%), UCM Resita (+9.62%) and Aerostar (+7.53%).
Conversely, the most important decreases were recorded by Rompetrol Rafinare (-12.57%), Romcarbon (-5.26%) and Prebet (-4.35%).AGERPRES
