The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) opened, on Wednesday, with increases on most indices, and the value of transactions amounted to 3.24 billion RON (651.07 million euros), 40 minutes after the start of the session.
The main BET index, which shows the evolution of the 20 most liquid companies, registered an appreciation of 0.11%, and the BET-Plus index, which shows the evolution of the 43 most liquid shares from the BVB, recorded an advance of 0.09% .
At the same time, the extended blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid securities, increased by 0.08%, while the yield benchmark of investment funds, BET-BK, depreciated by 0.02%.
The BET-FI index of SIFs stagnated, and BET-NG, the index of 10 companies in the energy and utilities sector, recorded an advance of 0.04%.
The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, was up by 0.15%.
According to BVB data, the biggest increases in the value of shares were recorded by Roca Industry Holdingrock (+2.25%), Bittnet Systems SA Bucuresti (+2.05%) and Casa de Bucovina - Club de Munte (+1.48%).
On the other hand, the shares of Condmag (-9.09%), Compa (-4.01%) and UCM Resita (-2.99%) were in decline.
