Buzau County Emergency Hospital charges a fee of 200 lei to all individuals who wish to find out their exact time of birth, a request in some cases driven by the desire to determine their ascendant, data without which, according to specialists, a birth chart cannot be drawn up.
According to the hospital, data regarding the place and exact time of birth are recorded in registers kept at the institution for 20 years. Some of those requesting information about their exact time of birth have been motivated by the preparation of a birth chart.
"At the Buzau County Emergency Hospital, a fee has been introduced for requests and issuance of documents regarding the date and time of birth. There have been such requests, but this information is found in observation sheets that are kept for 20 years within the medical unit. The cost of such a request is 200 lei," Adriana Bunila, hospital spokesperson, told AGERPRES.
According to astrologers, knowing the exact time of birth is essential for accurately determining a zodiac ascendant.
"Astrologically, without the time of birth, a complete personality profile cannot be drawn up. The time of birth provides the exact timing of the astrological profile because, depending on it, the ascendant is determined. The ascendant is the constellation rising at the moment you were born. Every four minutes, the ascendant degree changes, so determining one ascendant or another, knowing whether you have, for example, Leo or Virgo rising, can come down to just four minutes, such is the level of precision," astrologer Valeriu Panoiu told AGERPRES.
