BVB stocks close Thursday's trading session mainly higher

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) stocks closed Thursday's trading session higher with almost all indices up, on total trades of RON 67.16 million (EUR13.23 million).

The most traded stocks were Banca Transilvania, with over RON 15.37 million in trades, followed by Digi Communications, which generated trades worth RON 9.11 million, and Hidroelectrica, with trades of RON 4.85 million.

The main BET index reflecting the developments in the 20 most liquid stocks rose by 1.41% to 21,057.61 points, and the BET-Plus index reflecting the developments in the 43 most liquid BVB stocks advanced 1.36%.

The extended blue-chip BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid stocks was up 1.22%, and the BET-BK index, the Bucharest exchange trading benchmark index, was up 0.67%.

The BET-FI index of financial investment stocks decreased by 0.16%, while BET-NG, the index of 10 energy and utilities stocks, advanced 1.12%.

The BET AeRO index of 20 AeRO leading companies was down 0.87%.

The top three risers were Turism, Hoteluri, Restaurante Marea Neagra (+13.45%), Longshield Investment Group (+3.76%) and Farmaceutica Remedia (+3.62%).

The top three fallers were Prefab (-7.09%), Roca Industry Holdingrock1 (-3.61%) and Vrancart (-2.73%).
