Fresh companies from the northwestern region of the country that wish to operate in the Oradea Business Incubator are expected to submit their online registration applications by September 28, the Oradea Local Development Agency announced on Tuesday.
"We are now launching a new selection call - the sixth since the opening of the business incubator almost two years ago - for all start-ups in the northwest region that wish to benefit from the three-year incubation program, in which we offer them the incubator infrastructure, the necessary facilities and equipment, workshops, consultancy, training. We still have one office available for rent and another 14 places in the open space area", legal advisor Rozana Marcu, from the Oradea Local Development Agency, told AGERPRES on Tuesday.
The evaluation of the files will take place until September 30, when the results will be displayed on the website www.crescoradea.ro. After two days for submitting appeals and resolving them, interviews are scheduled for October 3, with the final results to be displayed on October 3 as well.
According to the legal advisor, the "Cresc Oradea Mare" Business Incubator currently has 26 residents, most of them from the municipality, but also from Baia Mare and Cluj County.
Eligible for admission to the Incubator are SMEs with a history of operation of a maximum of 2 years, the eligible CAEN codes being Creative Industries.
In the case of newly established enterprises, they must present, within 30 days of selection, proof of registration with the ORC at the Court where the enterprise is headquartered.
Applicants must present a feasible business idea, which illustrates the potential for business development and the possibilities of the company to become independent upon completion of the incubation cycle.
Existing companies must have their registered office in the region assigned to the Business Incubator (North-West), carry out research and development activities and/or provide innovative services, fall into the category of SMEs and be classified as autonomous enterprises, according to the legislation in force.
The business incubator is a project of the Oradea City Hall, implemented with European funds worth 2.4 million euros, administered by the Oradea Local Development Agency.
It represents an opportunity for selected companies to benefit from support for business development through access to services specific to the pre-incubation stages (assessment of the potential of the business idea, consultancy on the business model), incubation (administrative services, networking, access to the research laboratory, mentoring) and post-incubation (identification of national and international funding calls and support in submitting applications).
After the three-year period, the hosted companies will be able to remain, as tenants, in the Business Incubator building.
