Romania's Constitutional Court (CCR) on Wednesday admitted the notification filed by the Speaker of the Deputies Chamber regarding the existence of a conflict of a constitutional nature between the Public Ministry, on the one hand, and the Parliament, the High Court of Cassation and Justice and the other courts, on the other hand, regarding the protocols concluded with the Romanian Intelligence Service (SRI) between 2009 and 2016, CCR sources told AGERPRES.
