Deputies' Chamber Speaker Liviu Dragnea on Monday notified the Constitutional Court for solving a judicial conflict between Parliament and the Public Prosecution Service, on the topic of the protocol between the Romanian Intelligence Service (SRI) and the Prosecutor General's Office, according to some parliamentary sources.
The quoted sources pointed out that the notification was signed by Deputies' Chamber Deputy Speaker Florin Iordache, in the context in which Liviu Dragnea delegated his duties for 8 October to Iordache.
"On 8 October 2018, the duties of the Deputies' Chamber Speaker will be carried out by Mr. Deputy Florin Iordache, Deputies' Chamber Deputy Speaker," reads the decision signed by Liviu Dragnea and published in the Official Journal.
