The prosecutors Section of the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) gave a negative opinion, on Monday, to the Minister of Justice's proposal, of appointing Adina Florea as head prosecutor of the National Anticorruption Directorate (DNA), CSM sources specified for AGERPRES.
According to the quoted source, there were 6 votes "against" appointing Adina Florea and one vote "in favor".
Adina Florea was interviewed on Monday before the Prosecutors Section of the Superior Council of Magistracy.
