Emergency crews still working to cool tanks in area of LPG station in Crevedia

The crews of firefighters and specialists are still working to cool the tanks located in the area of the liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) station in Crevedia, Dambovita County and the area is marked, the head of the Information and Public Relations Service of the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (IGSU), Alina Mosoi, declared for AGERPRES.

More than 20 firefighters with three fire engines from the Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (ISU) Dambovita, one fire engine from Bucharest-Ilfov Emergency Management Inspectorate (ISUBIF) and a Mobile Emergency, Resuscitation and Extrication Service (SMURD) ambulance from ISU Dambovita are taking part in the actions, agerpres reports.

According to the quoted source, every four hours a CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear) crew performs checks and measurements.
