Liberal Florica Chereches on Sunday was elected President of the Liberal Women Organizations.
Approximately 1,200 liberal women participated in the Congress of Liberal Women Organization (OFL).
Florica Chereches collected 692 votes and her counter-candidate, Cristina Traila, collected 485 votes. As many as 39 votes were declare null.
Florica Chereches presented the motion "Force in Unity," while Cristina Traila presented to her colleagues the motion "Liberal women. Involved Women. Strong Women."
