Foreign Affairs Minister Lazar Comanescu sent a message to the US secretary of state John Kerry on the 15th commemoration of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.
"The head of the Romanian diplomacy reiterated in his message the solidarity with the victims' attacks, with their families and all of those affected by the tragic events 15 years ago," a release by the relevant ministry, the MAE, sent to stiripesurse.ro on Sunday reads.
