The former members of the RO2D2 robotics team from Ploiesti, who are now students at top universities in Romania, Switzerland, Germany and the Netherlands, have created a platform dedicated to students from all Europe, which is basically a database with thousands of internships.

Luca Mosu, one of the creators of the Youllgetit.eu platform, told AGERPRES that the platform, which has been operating for several months now and currently integrates 3,600 internships, was especially designed to serve the more than 22 million students in European countries.

"We started working on this project 10 months ago, because we saw this need of young people, who find it increasingly difficult to find an internship in this market. At the same time, if at the end of college you don't have an internship, it is much, much harder to find a job because you don't have experience. And there is this infinite cycle in which it is very difficult to find an internship because there is no platform dedicated to students from all over Europe where they can look for an internship. And even if there are some at a more local level, they don't have enough offers, and the big ones have filters that are very difficult to use, so that students need to apply to maybe hundreds of internships until they find one. (...) That's why we thought of creating this platform in which we are trying to create the largest database of internships in all of Europe, and then we will recommend, based on the students' CVs and what they have done so far, their background, internships that really suit them and that give them the best chance of receiving an offer," he explained.

At this point, using the application is free, and those involved in its development are looking for partners who would like to invest in this project.

"The application, even if it is public and functional, is still in a period of development and testing and we are still working on it continuously. We are trying to have the largest database in Europe and that means it is a continuous process. And we are still working on the applications, and on the recommendation system, and on the way we extract internships and so on. The application is active, we have internships from all European countries, as well as from the United Kingdom of Great Britain, but there are always all kinds of improvements and we want to bring added value. (...) We are currently looking for funding. The entire application was built at our own expense. And one more very important thing. We are striving for the main functionality of the application to always remain free," Luca Mosu also specified.

The four students who worked to create this platform are Luca Mosu, Daria Anghel, Stefan Taga and Sebastian Dută.
