The Minister of Internal Affairs, Lucian Bode, declared on Tuesday that there can be no discussions about a draft law that does not exist, referring to the law for COVID green certificate in the workplace.
"Why all this commotion with the green certificate, on taking responsibility, given that Prime Minister Nicolae Ciuca has not expressed such a point of view? Therefore, there were no talks in the Government, at any time, regarding this possibility. Personally, I do do not find it right that a Government with a 70% support rate in Parliament to take responsibility for any draft law, in general," Lucian Bode said.
He added that if the Parliament were to mobilize, such a draft law could certainly pass by the end of the year.
"There is such a draft law in Parliament, it is rejected by the Senate, it is at the Chamber of Deputies. We cannot discuss about a draft law that does not exist," Bode also said.AGERPRES(
