Justice Minister Tudorel Toader stated on Thursday that the Justice Ministry (MJ) is working on setting up "at least six-eight" commercial courthouses.
"Currently we are working at the Justice Ministry for setting up several commercial court houses. We have three around the country, in a short-term we will have the capacity and location, and everything that we need in order to establish at least six-eight commercial courthouses, which means a specialized judiciary, which ensures celerity and the judge will surely be able to lean more closely on the solution of the respective causes," Tudorel Toader told Antena 3 private television station.
