The decisions of the National Audiovisual Council (CNA) have been confirmed by courts in a proportion of 92% in the last 10 years, the vice-president of the National Audiovisual Council, Valentin-Alexandru Jucan said on Thursday.
"How right was the National Audiovisual Council in its decisions? In the last 10 years, the CNA had 1,696 litigations, of which 780 files were pending before the High Court of Cassation and Justice, and 916 files were pending before the Courts of Appeal", Jucan wrote on Facebook.
He said that "out of this total, in the case of 130 files, solutions were pronounced in favor of the petitioner. (Not necessarily the cancellation of the decisions in their entirety)".
"More clearly, in a proportion of 92%, the CNA decisions were confirmed by the courts", added the CNA vice-president.
